With support for over 30 storage platforms, including SharePoint, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Box, and more, Couchdrop can connect to your existing cloud storage. And because it connects to your storage, the data stays there and is never stored by Couchdrop at any point.

Another benefit of Couchdrop is that it can connect to any network-enabled storage that runs Windows or OSX with the Couchdrop agent. The agent is a simple executable that allows Couchdrop to access the files on the device, and it can then send to and from that device to your other integrated storage platforms.

Once connected, your local file server can then operate like your connected cloud storage, allowing fast, simple, dependable file transfers.

White-labeled Upload Portal and Inbox

The Inbox functionality of Couchdrop allows you to accept files from other Couchdrop users or even external partners or suppliers and have the file be uploaded into a designated folder of your connected storage. This Inbox can be white-labeled at no extra charge, and you can also designate user input fields to gather information about the file or user.

Alternatively, you can accept email attachments to your inbox using the unique email address provided during Inbox creation. This feature allows anyone such as vendors or suppliers to send an email with an attachment, and have that attachment uploaded securely into your designated directory. And when combined with automations, these uploaded files can then be routed elsewhere based on filename or other attributes to improve efficiency even further.
