Use Couchdrop's branding options to create custom subdomains and separate branding for your web portal and public-facing upload interfaces using your own logo.
Custom Domains
Customize the domain of Couchdrop by using a DNS CNAME record. Your users and partners access the platform using this domain instead of your default Couchdrop URL.
Multiple domains can point to the same Couchdrop instance. This works well for organizations that operate several brands or need to support a legacy domain while migrating to a new one.
Visual Branding
Branding settings are configured separately for the Login Page, the Couchdrop Portal, and Upload Link portals.
In the branding settings, you can specify a company name to replace the usage of Couchdrop in various places including the browser tab and login page.
You can include both a company Logo and favicon, and use a different logo for internal and public-facing portals like Upload Links. Logo dimensions are specified in the Branding settings, and sizes outside of supported dimensions may display incorrectly.
SSL and Custom FTPs Certificates
Couchdrop handles SSL certificate issuance and renewal automatically for SFTP and HTTPS connections. There is nothing to configure or maintain.
For FTPS connections, you can upload your own certificate instead. Submit your domain scope, public key, and private key in PEM format. This only applies when connecting to Couchdrop with a non-Couchdrop domain.
